All ingredients in this repellent come from the EPA's 25B Exempt list, meaning it does not require registration and it is safe to use around kids and pets.

Safety Net has been field tested for four years which is why we have developed a product the big companies can't. Big companies use only lab testing. Our product had to pass the real world test before it was ready to test in the lab. We have tweaked it to where it is better than the leading toxic pesticides.

Another benefit with our product is that it is a repellent so it does not kill lady bugs, butterflies and bees.

We have an aerial spray, which with one application will protect an area for up to 6 hours. We will son have an on-skin repellent. We also have misting and spraying products we have thoroughly tested.

We are currently in negotiations with a distributor out of Canada, Contech, Inc., to distribute the product. We need capital to deliver and to expand beyond the one distributor.

This is a repellent. The leading products on the market are killers and are toxic. There is no product that will select kill so what kills mosquitoes kills all other insects too.

I will get in a cage with 1 million mosquitoes with this stuff to protect me to demonstrate how effective and safe it is.

Prior Sales Activity:Right now I currently am only selling though one local "environmentally safe" retailer. I am negotiating with a company, Contech, about $11 million in sales annually, to sell the product in 40 countries.

This market is huge- about $800 million in the US alone. I think we can get 50% plus in this market so I am looking for a partner that is bold and aggressive.

We have terrific "ins" to commercial resellers and believe we can capitalize on the commercial markets with much less investment than retail and can move fast.
