The tools in this kit are used extensively by physical therapists and athletic trainers around the world. Each of the handles attaches to the 3 resistance tubes included, and allows you to choose from 3 different grips positions. Grip positions pictured below are the Patented Functional Grip (left), traditional Stirrup Grip (center), and the Vertical Grip (right).

There are 6 exercises necessary for total wrist and forearm strength, you can preform all 6 with as much or as little resistance as you want, and have constant resistance thought the range of motion.
