Compact booklet that allows homeowner to record and keep specific paint color information on the interior and exterior of their home, condo or apartment. A second product is the Home Color Key room paint label.

Product Details

Booklet measures 4"x 6.5" and is bound on top side. Booklet contains 26 pages with each page designated for each room or house exterior. Homeowner records the paint color, manufacturer and paint code for the room. There is also a space designated for paint ID label usually given at time of paint purchase.
Second product is room label which has the shape of a light switch plate. Label contains all paint information and when completed can be inserted behind plastic light switch plate. Label is in the same room as paint information so it is easily accessible when needed. It can also be removed and taken to paint store when repurchasing additional paint.

Having this information allows homeowner get an exact paint replacement when repairing or repainting rooms. Without this information there can not be an exact match so room would have to be completely repainted requiring substantially more time and cost than repairing damaged areas. The booklet size allows this information to be easily taken to paint store in pocket or purse. When house is sold it can be passed on to new owner for their future benefit.
The label is not visible when placed behind switch plate and can never be misplaced. It also is portable when needed to be used in purchasing new paint. Labels are sold separately from booklet but at same price.
