The present invention is a portable exercise device that can be carried in a pocket book, this is a facilitator to condition facial muscles by the user, by repetitive and continuously activity of the user, a method of toning facial muscles causing a smoothing and lifting of facial contours of the lower part of the face, such as but not limited to lip area, chin, cheeks, jawbone line, double chin and neck; with the help of increase resistance from the weights within. This apparatus include two parts that interlocks and, one unit goes around the head going upwards from the lower part chin and jawbone to latching at the top of the head, and a lower unit piece goes from the lower lip around the head within the alignment of the jawbone going around the neck and latching at the back of the head.
