B180 Basketball Fundamental Skills Program works to improve your overall basketball skills and most importantly, it works to improve an important life skill of reading. Each day before you begin your workout session you’ll read your instructional cards. You don’t have to worry about a video or phone malfunction, you will have your instructional cards ready to take to the gym. By reading the instructional cards on a daily basis for 60 days you improve your overall reading ability. When the program ends, you can start over or just simply read them again. You don’t have to give the instructional cards back, you own the program!
Coaches: B180 works to improve your basketball players’ on court basketball IQ and academic success/ graduation rate.

Professional Basketball Players: B180 works to improve your overall basketball skills and to prepare you for a career upon retirement from pro basketball by improving your reading ability.

College Basketball Players: B180 works to improve your overall basketball skills and your academic reading ability. Our program will help you as you seek to attain a college degree and a career outside of playing professional sports.

High School Basketball Players: B180 works to improve your overall basketball skills and your academic reading skills. Our program will assist you as you prepare to pass college entrance exams and a possible college scholarship opportunity.

Middle Schools Basketball Players: B180 works to improve your overall basketball skills to make the high school team and your academic reading skills. Our program will assist you as you prepare for high school and college entrance exams.

Personal Trainers: B180 works to improve what you are able to offer to your clients. Our program will assist you in improving your clients’ basketball skills. Also, you are able to be a tutor to the athletes that you train by explaining key basketball terminology. A glossary is included for this.
