Medley® Swim Beads allow you to plan a swimming workout involving different strokes and drills and count down the laps without having to do it in your head. Just hook your cord between two lane lines in a swimming pool with as many beads (or laps) as you want to swim; wrap the beads with Medley® Wraps (which are color-coded and printed with various stroke and drills) according to your desired workout. Now all you have to do is swim, move the beads along the cord after you complete a lap . . . and enjoy not having to think about it! The starter set gives you everything you need to get going: elastic cord, 10 lap and spacer Medley® Beads, 10 assorted stroke and freestyle Wraps, laminated loop fabric (to store extra wraps), and a mesh bag to keep it all in.
