The Earvark is a unique mobile phone accessory which addresses a frequent consumer complaint: Inability to clearly hear phone calls, especially in noisy environments such as restaurants, streets and vehicles. Our device is designed to clip onto virtually any smartphone-type handset. The Earvark works in three important ways to make calls louder and clearer: It creates a silicone seal with the outer ear canal preventing outside noise from entering, it has an internal cone shape which amplifies the sound, and it angles the sound downward and forward to match the anatomy of the ear. Testing has demonstrated over 50% improvement in sound output versus using the phone speaker alone. All this is done without the need for batteries, charging, or Bluetooth.
