The DEWSTEP® is a patented training device that will help ballplayers of all ages, sizes and abilities improve their hitting techniques. By optimizing a hitter's weight transfer during the swing, it reduces the tendency of the hitter to overstride or "step in the bucket" with the front foot. All this is accomplished by redefining muscle memory, resulting in:

Versatile and compact, the DEWSTEP® is designed to be easily shared among multiple hitters. The device can be set up in a matter of seconds and used in any open area, including backyards and practice fields.

This complete kit includes the innovative training device and an instructional hitting video. The video demonstrates easy step-by-step techniques using the DEWSTEP® to improve your hitting.

Basically, the DEWSTEP® works by moderately restraining your stride with your front foot through the use of a stride regulator attached to the foot harness. Because the stride regulator is designed to unsnap under a certain amount of pull, it helps you control your stride rather than actually preventing your foot from moving forward. This minimizes the forward motion without immobilizing your foot - helping you experience and learn the sensation of optimal weight transfer through your swing and stride motion.

Sharing: Hitters can easily take turns using the DEWSTEP®. With additional foot harnesses, each person can be prepared to "step up to the plate" and clip the stride regulator to their foot harness.
