Weighing in at just 1.9 ounces per sandal, Nebos Sandals are currently the lightest in the world. Our design features a two-layer sole system: one layer of EVA foam for comfort and support combined with a rubberized layer for grip and durability. Our sandals also feature a unique lacing system that allows for customizability depending on wearing style and foot shape. When not in use, Nebos can be rolled up to about the size of a can of soda or laid flat in a bag or purse. All these features allow Nebos to operate in an entirely new market: the backup shoe, giving us a competitive advantage over other lightweight shoes. Because of their unique position as backup shoes, Nebos Sandals can be used in many situations: backpackers looking for something lightweight, travelers who don’t have much space in their bag, a swimmer wanting something small to walk across hot concrete, a small pair of shoes to give relief from painful high-heels, or even as a pair of shower shoes in the gym.
