The Take-Along Tether is the only product on the market that doubles as an item tether (to keep items from getting dropped and dirty or lost), and a child tether (to keep children safe from wandering off). The Take-Along Tether can hold virtually any child item on the adjustable loop end, such as a teether, rattle, sippy cup, bottle, stuffed animal, pacifier, etc. then the other end can attach to virtually any child seating device, such as a highchair, stroller, car seat, shopping cart. when the child drops or throws an item, it doesn't hit the ground and get dirty or lost. The caregiver no longer has to bend over several times a day to pick up dropped items and children learn independence to pull their items back up. In addition, it can be attached to a baby sling or even to the parents waistband, then the other end can hold baby's items so when the parent is carrying baby, they will not have to squat down to the ground when baby drops their item (teether, stuffed animal etc) as demonstrated in picture below. Also, no more rushing to the sink to clean off teethers and pacifiers when the baby drops or throws these items. Secondly, it functions as a child tether and can connect adult and child belt loop to belt loop using the same system. This is very different from other child leash systems. Ours allows the parent and child to walk side-by-side, so you do not have the "walking your child/dog" effect.
