Aside from its duties as a durable fan, it is also boasts a banner that can be decorated with virtually any kind of design, pattern or logo, such as that of a collegiate or professional sports team. This allows the easily transported device to serve two complimentary purposes in one compact unit. Batteries are not necessary for this fan, as the user would simply rotate the removable banner in either direction, allowing the momentum that is asserted to create a cooling effect. The faster the banner spins, the more it cools. The banner rotates all the way around the staff in a circular motion and can be interchanged to support multiple teams or organizations.
