This easy to use, affordable shoulder exerciser fits snugly between any door and frame. The pulley features a leather disk door stop fastened to the sturdy nylon extension. A nylon pulley and nylon rope is attached to two revolutionary, new Serius Strong 3-Position Therapy Handles. Each Handle can be set up in one of three different grips: Functional Grip, Vertical Grip, and Stirrup Grip allowing the user to choose the most comfortable grip position.
