Our Product can be used either left- or right-handed. The lacrosse player holds the bottom, larger diameter shaft stationary with one hand while rotating the top, smaller diameter shaft with the other hand in a clockwise or counter-clockwise motion. Similarly, the player may chose to rotate the bottom shaft while holding the top shaft stationary. The player can even rotate both ends of the shaft in opposition directions. All of these motions are similar to the motions a lacrosse player would use while "cradling" one's stick.
Repeated rotation of the two concentric shafts can help develop hand, wrist, and forearm strength. Increased hand, wrist, and forearm strength can increase one’s shot velocity, provide better stick protection against checks, and is ideal for face-off middle-fielders. Due to the resistance of the internal spring (rubber / elastomeric cylinder), the two shafts of the stick can be held in place as one piece. Furthermore, with a lacrosse stick head installed, the Product can be used to catch and throw a lacrosse ball similar to a typical lacrosse stick.
• Improve hand, wrist, and forearm strength:
- Increase the velocity on your shot.
- Better stick protection against checks.
• Innovative:
- Practice with Fore-Z’s product anywhere.
- Can be used right- or left-handed.
- Only Lacrosse training aid on the market.
- Easier than a typical “wrist curl.”
With a Lacrosse Head installed, our product can be used to catch and throw a lacrosse ball.
Only 1 spring tension is available.
