This DVD contains 56 minutes of gentle, therapeutic exercise developed by Grandmaster Victor ShengLong Fu. The product is presented in a simple amaray (DVD) case with a very attractive design. The video has three sections: Healing Face Massage; Healing Seated Exercises; Taoist Breathing Exercise. The Face Massage portion works acupressure points and energy-sensitive areas of the face and head to stimulate the internal organs and energy meridians. The Seated Exercise portion is the bulk of the video with multitudes of movements to properly and thoroughly mobilize all the joints. These movements are coordinated with deep breathing coached by the talent. The Toaist Breathing portion introduces the basic concepts of this type of breathing through simple exercises.
