a vertical flag staff with a flag holder rod that goes into a two ply flag to hold the flag open and fully displayed the other end of the rod is attached to a tube that fits onto the flag staff allowing the flag to rotate and flow with the breeze and changing wind directions

There are no flag holders that allow the flag to stay open and fully displayed and rotate in changing wind directions. to display your team flag on a stationary flag staff the only one available is a garden or yard flag holder that functions only in a straight line wind and wraps around themselves if the wind changes and there is no such thing as a straight line wind.
