TECHNICAL NOTES:
At the factory, instead of installing the original lug nut, simply install the adapter with safety lock and easily mount the product on both wheels.
The wheel contact disc spins simultaneously with the wheel to prevent damage to the face of the wheel. The contact disc applies pressure to the wheel to slow or stop the rotation. (Video)
When adjusting the dial, simply count the audible clicks and set both wheels to the same setting to reduce "pulling" to one side or the other. If the settings aren't exactly equal, the internal mechanism will compensate for the difference.
This technology has been wear tested in extreme conditions.
The technology is installed at the factory prior to distribution to retail stores and is not currently available for individual sale as a stand alone accessory.
The production plastic injection molds have not been manufactured yet which allows options for external branding features which would not affect the inner workings of the product.
Our survey clearly indicated that 9 out of 10 buyers would pay a small premium for a product that improved safety while also improving the learning process.
