Shoes that have a zipper at the top of the shoe, that goes down on an angle to the toe area, around the toe area and over to the other side. The top of the shoe opens to expose the sole of the shoe. The foot is then set on the sole, and the shoe is zipped back up. It helps prevent the toes from rolling under and causing discomfort, when sliding a foot into a regular shoe.
