The Universal Utility Trailer Tilter replaces the need to use the existing trailer jack to raise the front of the trailer. It is much safer in that it does not raise the rear of the tow vehicle to an unsafe height. It also lowers the rear of the trailer to facilitate the easy loading of specialty cars and other vehicles. In addition lowering the rear of the trailer makes loading equipment much easier without having to lift it. Loading vehicles is made safer as it gives more clearance for the underside so the frame and bumpers clear the trailer.
