Push-Up Bench is an adjustable bench designed for use by children and adults of any age and strength level to facilitate proper performance of push-ups. This bench features multiple incline settings providing users with the ability to perform push-ups at any strength level. The design is a rectangular-shaped base with a rectangular-shaped, hinged upper section on which the user will perform his exercises. The base frame rests on the floor at all times; the attached pivoting upper arm notes a telescoping component that will enable users to enjoy the unit without strain. An adjustable leg connecting both components encourages the user to establish the proper height modification needed during exercise. The user may set the top component to a more vertical position upon beginning his routine or if he has little upper body strength. Progressively, the user may position the top component in a more horizontal manner to coincide with increased ability and strength. The telescoping portion of the top component functions as the handhold area. Both the upper and lower components note adjusting pins that can be placed in the position desired for optimal use and moved for adjustment as necessary. The pivoting, hinged area that joins the two components also notes two foot pads on which the user will plant his feet during exercise. The user will simply adjust the unit to the desired position, step atop the foot pads, and place his hands on the cushioned portion of the unit in order to begin his push-ups.

With the Push-Up Bench, you can adjust the setting to a level that enables you to perform push-ups with proper technique (10 Different Levels). When you use proper technique, you get the full range of motion and exercise the full range of muscles that the push-up exercise uses. You can also switch positions and do decline push-ups with 10 levels to make it more difficult. The Push-Up Bench is made with "Furniture Grade PVC". Furniture Grade PVC is made with a different chemical process than ordinary plumbing PVC that increases the strength of the PVC, is impact resistant, lightweight, resistant to ultraviolet light, which allows it to keep its glossy finish over time. This PVC is 100% throughout the pipe so it won't flake, scratch or peel off. The weight limit of the Push-Up Bench is 250 Lbs. We also have a support package that will increase the weight limit of the Push-Up Bench to 400 Lbs.
