A device primarily designed for the removal of canine waste, but not restricted to a single use, where as the device has a multitude of uses. The device's primary intention of this invention is to provide safe and sanitary pick up and removal of pet feces, without bending or squatting and encapsulating the waste into a sanitary type of the encasement, such as a plastic bag.
The protective covering is simply slid over the hands and fingers of the device and the handles of the bag are attached to the bag retaining clip and are ready to remove a single deposit.
The encapsulating protective covering now can be safely removed from the device after tying the handles of the bag or similar protective covering into a knot. Therefore keeping the device clean and sanitary and ready for the next needed single use. The real benefit of this device is that it and the sanitary protective covering may be used for several deposit removals, such as cleaning up the back yard, off Leash Park or any pet fenced retaining area.
The protective covering is simply allowed to stay on the scooper and the excrement is simply retrieved and deposited in to a larger bag and then you move on to the next deposit. When completed, close the hands and lock the operating mechanism, release the handles of the bag from the retaining clip, insert the protective covering into the larger bag and release the locked hands. The scooper was referred to as the hands and fingers, this being the configuration of human hands, arched and ready to interlock as to retrieve an object or objects. The scoopers are geometrically designed to replicate the human hands and fingers and the designed configuration is critical to the operation of the scooper. Should the hands not be properly arched and the fingers not have the proper spacing, the integrity of the sanitary covering might be jeopardized.
