DEKCRETE is a state-of-the-art outdoor decking system but also suitable for indoor applications.
Developed with an advanced reinforcing technology DEKCRETE consists of planks of concrete, shaped like typical wooden boards but possessing an unprecedented structural integrity. For example, the planks have a high resistance to bending, cracking, loading, and thermal movement. In addition, they require almost no maintenance.

This level of performance is achieved by changing the properties of the reinforcing elements rather than those of the concrete. In fact DEKCRETE can be made with low cost concrete mixes
without effecting the bending strength of the planks.

Thanks to this technology a thin board only 1 inch thick can span up to 10 feet in length while maintaining the flexural resistance of typical wooden boards.

Color selections for the concrete planks are made from a wide variety of mineral oxides known to
be non-fading and long lasting. Additionally, color stains may be surface-applied at the jobsite.

Reinforced structural concrete has a proven history of durability and strength. DEKCRETE
combines these properties with functionality and aesthetics to produce a new building product
that meets a wide variety of needs and requirements.
