My creations are interchangeable cornice board kits constructed of wood and fabric for interior windows that stem from width sizes 3ft to 8ft in 6" increments. Both products incorporate interchangeable "Front Face" designs that come in a variety of predetermined custom styles. The changeable feature is achieved by using non-permanent bonding to align w/what we call the "Return" to the "Front Face" design. My products were specifically created to provide the end user the option to make realistic changes within a matter of minutes, even seconds, & eliminating the cost of hiring someone to perform the work. We utilize 3 types of material. The 1st piece is called the "Return", constructed of a high grade pine wood; cut size: 1" x 6" x 10". The“Return” enables the effortless switching of wood to wood, fabric to fabric, wood to fabric and vice versa for your flexible decorating needs. We have also incorporated the appropriate hardware & magnets that come w/the "Return". The 2nd is our "Front Face" design, which is pre-assembled & constructed of 1/4" high grade medium density fiberboard, MDF. The MDF is made w/one of the following woods: cherry, walnut, & birch. MDF's smooth finish is designed for the creative "DIY" users; allowing them to apply various applications besides fabric; i.e.: paint, stencil, wallpaper, crayons, decoupage, tile, etc. Last is the fabric. The pre-cut, pre-design styles were created for users who likes to change a look in a matter of minutes; a thoughtless process. All of our fabric designs have a lining. Between the lining & fabric are concealed & secured inserts in order for the fabric to be attached to the "Return". The fabric now becomes the "Front Face" design. The "Return" has magnet embedded in the wood which allows the fabric design to attach to the "Return" in a matter of seconds. Hence the interchangeability feature.
