The Murphy Mat was co-created by Rohan Murphy, an American
fitness icon. Rohan was born with useless legs and at age 4, they
were amputated. Despite that, he became a high school wrestling
champion and went on to wrestle for Penn State. He is now a highly
sought after motivational speaker having visited over 40 states
and spoken to thousands of people of all ages.
The mat was designed to be a multi-faceted workout tool. It can be
used as a compliment to an existing workout, as the basis to
create a workout, as a educational guide to various types of
push-ups. It suites any user, no matter their fitness level or body
