CHE! Chimichurri is a traditional Argentine marinade for meat and veggies. We have to very unique and delicious flavors. Our first is our Traditional, which is my wife's grandmothers recipe from Patagonia, Argentina. Our second product is a habanero, which we make as a shout out to the beautiful state of New Mexico, where we make our products. Our business is family owned and run and is all small batch and hand bottled in Taos, New Mexico.

CHE! Chimichurri is a traditional Argentine Chimichurri. We have two products, a Traditional, which is my wife's Grandmothers recipe from Patagonia, Argentina.
Our products are a marinade for any type or cut of meat, great on veggies and on fish as well. As a marinade: Our products are in the food classification of an acidified food, which means it has a very low pH. When used as a marinade the low pH will breakdown the fibers of the meat and make it very tender. As well there are no sugars, so you don't bet that burning effect like a BBQ sauce or a Teriyaki. There are no wheat products.. As you get to using it more, you will only see how many more uses there could be.
