Having a need for a step stool around the house and really not liking what was available at various stores. I wanted to make my own. The design of this step shape and various characters for kids and adults came from sitting around in the depths of a cold winter in northern Michigan. We shoveled out to get to "Michael's" for paper and coloring pens. After copying them to digital , it was time to learn Photoshop. Printing the art on the side panel brought them to life and the idea was that we could sell at least 100 in the whole US. They are just too cute. My sister Marguerite Haley created Andy the Anteater, Jerry the Giraffe, Emmie the Cow, Frogie & Froget. This has helped her greatly with her disability. Made from New Zealand Pine. Finished with latex enamel kids safe paint.The art is ink printed on "flat bed" large printers. Steps are front protected with plastic u-channel. 60 Grit foot non slip step pad.
