Product Details

The “Air Diverter” is a simple inexpensive and effective solution for added personal comfort. The “Air Diverter” stores flat and folds into shape for installation taking up very little store shelf space. The Air Diverter can be produced from a variety of materials such as polypropylene plastic or SBS cardboard. Manufacture costs are less than $1.00 a piece for SBS cardboard and $1.50 a piece for polypropylene plastic. The Air Diverter mechanically attaches to the HVAC register regardless of the register material and there are no corrosion issues with polypropylene plastic or SBS cardboard.

The "Air Diverter" is very inexpensive to manufacture and can be sold on the retail market for less than half the price of other similar products. The "Air Diverter" stores flat when not installed therefore taking up minimal store shelf space. Other similar products attach to HVAC registers using magnets that will only work with steel HVAC registers. Many HVAC register manufacturers are moving away from steel registers due to the corrosion in coastal salt air or high humidity environments. Product is paintable to match home décor.
