The FAIRWAY FAN is a portable , 12 volt, 6 inch, oscillating fan with spring like clips on the end of the two wires of the fan. The fan's spring like clips hook up to one of the golf cart's battery, located under the seat. The FAIRWAY FAN is then attached to the cart, either to the dashboard, to the top of the windshield, to the back of the cart, the roof of the cart, virtually, any sturdy spot on the cart.
