GROOMSTIK snaps-on across an ironing board to hold clothing down preventing it from lifting and bunching to aid in ironing or cleaning clothes.

Product Details

The Groomstik has two hooks that attach to the opposite sides of an ironing board. Internal to the Groomstik body, the hooks are connected to a flat bungee cord that provides tension to the hooks. When the Groomstik is placed over an article of clothing the hooks and the bungee apply a downward force to the body piece to hold the clothing firmly in place.

One can then stretch the fabric tight in order to vacuum or brush away embarrassing pet hair and lint, or shave unsightly sweater pills, without the fabric lifting or bunching. A soft rubber “grip strip” is mounted on the bottom of the body to help hold the clothes in place without damaging the fabric.
The Groomstik attaches and releases very quickly and easily from your ironing board. It is the “third hand” that has been needed to make ironing and maintaining clothes easier.
