• A unique cross shaped opening in the grill is long enough to allow hot dogs to pass through and wide enough to allow a pair of tongs to reach through, open, grasp and retrieve the cooked hot dog from the boiling water below without removing the steaming grill.

• The hinged pair of hooked handles attached to the grill in such a way that they are free to swing and automatically adjust to different pot sizes. When not in use the handles naturally lay flat and allow easy storage in any kitchen drawer.

• The specially shaped handles provide four points for any style lid to rest on, causing the steam to circulate and vent preventing boiling over.

1.) One inch of water - bring one inch of water to a boil
2.) Two minutes in steam - drop your hot dogs in and place your bun on the grill, cover and steam for two minutes
3.) Remove your steamed buns, reach through the cross shaped opening with a pair of tongs without having to remove the steaming grill, add your favorite condiments and enjoy -reload as desired
